Hope eats away,
At my insides,
Hollow though they are,
It burns through it all,
Desperately,
A sickness fills my heart,
Nauseating,
A chilling fever,
Freezing the emptiness,
'Til everything melts away,
And I'm screaming,
For nothing

If my life was to end today,
It wouldn't change the world in any way.
Im wearing this smile that I dont believe in,
Inside I feel like screaming.

Everyday I lift a glass to say
Glory to you my love
I do mean to be with you
Screaming life glorious

I mean to drive myself to extinction
Burn brighter then my sweet sister sun
I draw a line in the sand
The divide will be sand to glass

So this is my start
Screaming life glorious
This the final frontier
Of this undiscovered country

Empty hallways stretch before me
I look around and darkness surrounds me
I hear a scream
Encroaching blackness...
I realize it's only me
Screaming.
Push back the night.
I push it back with all my might
My mind is too weak
Screaming.
And every day empty hallways stretch before me.

The moment is present, the heat is on
Any word uttered will be a knife piercing through the flesh
Instantly killing the moment and vibe

It is better to dwell in your own thoughts in this moment
No thoughts or intrusions from the outer world
For these intrusions will disrupt your assessment and thoughts
Of what has just occurred

Words and actions tends to make these
Silently loud moments occur
Your ears my not hear anything
But your mind is raging in a room full of loud thoughts
Your senses are more alive as you make look around and make eye contact
The noise in your head gets louder

These moments leave our minds isolated in thought in a crowded room
These are the moments we avoid
Because we don't want our minds to be left alone
