Poems about turn

My turn

Its never seemed like "My Turn".
Do you know just what I mean?
Life's never really been that good,
At best its in between.

Its seems like one thing, or another,
Is always going wrong.
And to be with you quite honest,
I'm getting tired of THAT song.

Now there was a while, some months ago,
When my dreams seemed within reach.
But somehow things went off the boil,
Thats why they say life is a... beach; -)

Then someone told me bout a secret,
How to make my dreams come true.
About believing that its possible,
So this I'm gonna share with you.

You see life is what you make it,
And all you have to do,
Is to see your dreams, as if they're real,
Then they will all come true.

But if you give up dreaming,
And expect to live life on your ass,
Then that becomes your dream,
And that too will come to pass.

So finally I stopped asking,
"When does my turn come way? "
Because the answers "When I want it to",
So my turn starts today.

I think I'll turn into a lunatic.

I don't know what to do with myself
I am so tired
But your thought runs like a drug in my
Veins and I cannot stop
Thinking, missing, wanting.
I yearn for another "hello", or just one

lunatic,  turn.

The Turn Around

On my way to the museum, a tall slender youth showed off to me. He daringly leapt, pummeling himself in an articulated half twist over an iron gate I was passing. This gymnastic feat was finished facing me from other side of fence. The glimmered wink he left me with had an added curl to one side his lip. That told me my own look of astonishment, to this out-of-nowhere acrobatic display, was just the reaction this young man had expected. Peculiar this is, as it brings a thought mission to mind. Exactly what I should find when I get to the museum, may never equal what happenstance just threw in front of me. So I return home, to paint a picture instead.

A turn of the phrase
Can turn the mind
Opening it
To before unknowns
Never to return
To it's original shape
And squeezed limitations.

Turn up the music

You see them
In the streets, maybe
Your loved ones
Your peers, do
We fear of becoming
Them, succumbing to
Our strength, false
Prophets, you never
Felt the stream, so
When i turn it up
It's for life, not the dream
Of a false king, i
Seek a message,
Turn it up.

music,  turn.

Turn Away

Turn away
This dream cannot last
Staying is drowning
This drug is euphoric on the surface
Yet deadly at the bottom, regardless
When the paths separate we cannot force them back together
And so we walk it together while we can
We no longer can

Priceless Moments Turn Into Priceless Memories

As I lay here by your side
Warm in your arms
I think about wanting to stay here forever
As I ignore the alarm
I hold tightly onto your body
And I fall asleep to the rhythm of your heart
I dream about our days together
Their beautiful like a work of art
I can't wait for more moments like this
I feel so peaceful when I'm with you
I don't have to speak for you to know how I feel
There's nothing I really have to do
Except look into your eyes and smile
And you see right into my soul
You love me for who I really am
That's all I really need to know.

Be The Turn

Be the bend-far, rooted queen,
Narcolepted upswing.
Be the effervescence,
Be the

Do the summ'ry new cling,
Green finger, rotten ring.
Do the only-Evers,
Do the

Diddelack-a-span clean

I love your
Little hands-
I love your little hand

(one, two)

Be the guard in black.
Be the curvature stacked.

Be my woman.

Be the turn.
