Logic of a mad woman

There's a history of hearing voices
In my bloodline.
And yet I forget what yours sounds like.

I tell myself that it's
Better that way.

I'm safe.

I'm safe.

Wake up in the morning
Get out of bed
Leave the bed undone
Leave the socks you took off last night laying on the ground
There's no need to get dressed sweetheart
Walk around as you please
Let your body breath
Stretch your body
Play your music as loud as you want
And sing
Sing loudly
And dance
Move your body
The way it reacts to the rhythm
This is your space
Light up all the candles in the house
Get in the bath
Use up all of the hot water
Soak up your skin
Let your body modify
Take advantage
Of the freedom
Your household holds
This is yours
It's your space
Use it as you please

The Other Woman

I am the other woman
The one that never gets the man
I am all his lustful thoughts dreamed up
I am her nightmare in a can

You see she will never give him all he needs
And he will never leave her a fact I now believe
She has his family and his past
And I am the woman who keeps coming in last

I am the other woman...
I know I am not everyone's biggest fan
But I loved him the way he really wants
And the way that she never truly can

She's A Woman

She is a woman
She's not everything you want her to be
Respect is not to be demanded
It should come naturally
Their intelligence is spiced with beauty
Filled with virtues of integrity and patience

You may think she's fragile but she can knock you down anytime
The universe is within her... she can make her own decisions
She's not an object for you to satisfy your lust with...
You can feel warmth and affection from her smile

I hope things were better now,
Where everyone is happy and contented
Where women dont have to carry pepper sprays in their handbags everytime they go out...
Just for one day... try to imagine yourself in their shoes

So, lets be thankful for all the women present in our lives
WHo have touched and inspired us
Believed in us and taught us to be resilient
Cause we men can never survive without them in our lives

A Woman and A Flower.

She watched as the man picked the petals off of the flower. "How devastating, " she thought, worried it may soon wilt. She looked closer at it as it stood up vibrantly in the man's hands, free of the leaves. The woman then realized the flower was no longer suffocating, but blooming, blooming quickly, and was so utterly alive in that moment.

Can We Possibly Be Friends Again, Or Conflicted Codependent Fantasy Involving Woman I Just Met And Hardly Know - 2013 M.R.R.

Being male, I wander
Mom dares not wonder
What kind of monsters she birthed
She brought her own equipment
I was aggressive but shy

Her womb is the most magnificent
Temple I've ever visited
There is nowhere else I want to be
Sister insisted
I stiffened then gave in

Children tease, squeal, scamper
Adults know unspeakable reality
Dizziness of first love
Mayhem, murder
Solemn whisper of infinity

After an uncertain age,
No one wants you anymore
Old women bond
Confer their anger
Old men tread alone

She knew from moment he laid eyes on her, she had him. She wore no make-up, anemic complexion, chin and jawline slightly broken out with red spots, cobalt blue irises, aquiline nose, hair dyed dark, fuzz-balled scarf, light blue fluffy sweater, big buttons, canvas shoulder bag, skinny jeans, leather boots, little boney black dog with ashen appointments. Instantly he fell in love. He confessed, “Your Chinese Crested pup stole my heart. ”

In doggie-style position, neither lover sees other's face. The top sees backside. The bottom sees what? He didn't know.

She unlocks the door. He enters room. She tells him what to do, making demands. He follows her orders. She questions, “Why do we dance to these tunes? ” He answers, “I want to smell your smells, suck, drink your darkest juices. ” She articulates, “Stay, ” then kisses him goodbye. She wakes wearing his ring, around her neck. They are each other's slaves. Ceiling leaks, floor creaks, light beams through window as they waltz arm in arm.

She demands, “I want roast rack of lamb, or thinly sliced Serrano ham on buttered toast for dinner. And then I want to go home alone. I need some down time, away from you. I don't belong to you, god-damn-it! ” Deep in financial debt, he hands the waiter his debit card.
